ATTENTION: All Manufacturers and Suppliers of Cheerleading/Dance Uniforms, Supplies, and Services

The Arkansas Cheerleading Coaches Association is pleased to announce the ACCA Annual May

Meeting to be held at the Crowne Plaza at Shackleford and Markham in Little Rock, Arkansas.

The luxurious guest rooms include fine linens, a 32” flat screen television, lighted magnifying

makeup mirrors as well as MP3 accessibility.

ACCA would like to invite you to participate as a vendor. We anticipate approximately 200

cheer coaches from across the state. The meetings conclude Monday at approximately 2:00 p.m.

The Vendor Reception will be held Sunday evening at 6:00 in your honor. Any donations for

door prizes will be appreciated.

For overnight accommodations, call the Crowne Plaza at 501-223-3000 and mention that you are

with the ACCA Convention to receive corporate rates. The Crowne Plaza is $99.00 for the

standard rate and $129.00 for the Club Floor. Reservations need to be made by April 12, 2010,

to receive corporate rates and don’t forget to mention you are with the ACCA convention!
